Washington Metropolitan Industry Liaison Group (WMILG) is an association of professionals, consisting of federal contractors and subcontractors in partnership with regulatory agencies, working toward achieving equal employment opportunities for all in the Washington DC Metro Area. We focus on bridging the gap between federal contractors and regulatory agencies to shape effective and productive affirmative action and equal employment opportunity regulations and to learn and share successful compliance strategies.

We hold quarterly events, open to the public, focused on current issues in affirmative action and equal opportunity employment. Our goal is to enhance the capacity of our membership to develop successful compliance strategies, and to bridge the gap between regulatory agencies and federal contractors. Our geographic position at the heart of government contracting in the US allows us to attract industry-leading presenters from law, technology, contracting and government.
